WHAT TO EXPECT:
Monday, September 18 - I will email you instructions on what to do the first week. We will be dialing in where we currently spend our time.
Sunday, September 24 - we will have a Zoom meeting to discuss next steps on exactly how you will take back hours in your life. You don't have to show your face or talk on the Zoom call if you don't feel comfortable, but it will help to be on to hear all the Q&A and to get your questions answered via chat if you don't want to talk.
Sunday, October 1 - we will have a wrap-up Zoom to see how the challenge concluded and find out how many hours you took back of your life!!! I will record and send both Zoom links after the calls if you aren't able to make it live.
