BUT, when you have a solid routine (yes, you can have a routine while raising littles and with a demanding job), life flows a little easier.

and I've made a reputation for myself by always keeping it real🀘🏼 I'm a vain bitch; I get botox and filler, I like having abs and I find long pointy nails sexy as hellπŸ’…πŸΌπŸ”₯ So, I'm not saying that you shouldn't strive for a great body or strive for the most expensive purse and shoes if that's your thing - do you! What I am saying, however, is that the dream body, the designer purse, the red bottoms, the mansion, the perfect man, etc., won't make you happy if you aren't happy with yourself. I am also saying that fad diets and credit card debt don't help add peace and calm to your life. They're both stressful and neither help your physical, mental, or financial health. The quick fix is not the answer. I know this from many years of experience. 

When I pivoted from focusing solely on the physical body and added in practices that boosted mental and spiritual health, it all came together. I went from a go-go-go lifestyle focused on fitness to slowing down and building a routine that made me feel purposeful and whole. I realized that I have been able to stay committed because everything I do is a habit, an unbreakable habit. It’s just like brushing my teeth. There is no question of “will I” or “won’t I”. 

And that’s why I created Slow and Steady, the Anti-Diet...
