Who is Dani?
When I pivoted from focusing solely on the physical body and added in practices that boosted mental and spiritual health, it all came together. I went from a go-go-go lifestyle focused on fitness, while trying to fad-diet my way out of the nutrition part, to slowing down and building a routine that made me feel purposeful and whole. I realized that I have been able to stay committed because everything I do is a habit, an unbreakable habit. It’s just like brushing my teeth. There is no question of “will I” or “won’t I”. I am living a more purposeful life and helping others learn healthy habits, to slowly and steadily, build the lifestyle of their dreams.

GUIDED MEDITATION

I'm going to provide you five of my favorite guided meditations from YouTube. They are each different to provide you with different meditation experiences. Just sit back, close your eyes, and listen for 10 minutes a day.

DAILY JOURNAL PROMPTS
Journaling is a lot like meditation... sounds good, but between a lack of time, not knowing what to write, and being afraid of other eyes seeing it, most of us do not practice this habit often.
What I've learned through my time leading Slow and Steady is that journaling can be a great form of therapy... and there is no wrong way to do it. I will give you journal prompts each day of the challenge so you can see the benefits for yourself.
